DON'T BE SCARED OF GRANTWRITING!: AN INTRODUCTORY COURSE

Live Classes with Q&A - $125 (CLOSED; check back later the summer for new dates!)

"Self-Study" Course - $75 (RECORDED WEBINARS ONLY)

If you've ever wanted to learn the business of grantwriting - maybe you're a writer looking for a new career opportunity, maybe you're an artist trying to fundraise for your creative work, maybe you're a parent who got drafted to help on the development committee at your child's school - this basic introductory course will take you through the process step by step!  From basic application do's and don'ts, to an overview of what info you should have on hand to make writing grants a snap, to a breakdown of the most common reasons grants are declined, this series of three one-hour online classes will help you master all the basics and take the intimidation factor out of writing grants forever.  Aimed at beginners, those with less than a year's experience writing grants, people from very small nonprofit organizations, or anyone looking for a refresher on the basics of grantwriting.  Not intended for more experienced professionals (see other class opportunities below).

This workshop does not cover research into specific funding opportunities and is intended as general skill-building.

A video recording of a more condensed version of the class curriculum webinar is available for $75 for anyone interested in a more general overview.  This package covers the same information as the full class, in a slightly more abbreviated form.  It does not include the Q&A sessions or personalized follow-up.  Videos are available to stream online (no software is required); links will be distributed via email after the end of the session.
